A new dual effect eyeshadow, to be used dry or wet, to multiply the colour performance and give vibrant shades to the eyelids. Based on extremely fine powders ensuring lasting hold, easy smudging, comfort and exceptional wear. The New "wet&dry" formula allows to modulate colour intensity as desired. For a more delicate and natural make-up, use the brush dry, blending the powder as much as possible to accentuate its radiance and semi-transparency. But just dampen it to create greater coverage, intense colour-coat and long lasting wear.

How to use: apply onto the eyelid with the provided sponge from the inner corner outward.
