Shea Butter - 500 ml
Shea Butter comes mainly from the Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso. The shea tree grows wild in the territory and is considered sacred by indigenous people, who are reaping the benefits of the fruits that spontaneously fall from the trees between March and April.
In the villages of these regions, the production of shea butter is a traditional activity that requires several stages from grinding the nuts in mortars, to letting them sun-dried and to then boiled them until the fat that solidified when it was harvest.
This produces a product ranging in color from light green to yellow, sweet-smelling and almost sweet in flavor, which can be used pure, or because of its richness, can be used as a basis for many cosmetic products.
It is suitable for dry skin, dermatitis, rashes, burns, redness, irritation and ulceration, being very rich in vitamins A, B, E and F.
